Kennis Bell

Kennis Bell currently serves as the VP of Customer Care Operations at BSI Financial Services, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Kennis held various roles in the financial and mortgage industry, including AVP of Reconciliation and Claims Processing at Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC, and Manager of Mortgage Insurance Claims. Kennis began career with American Mortgage Consultants as a Compliance Underwriter/Analyst and has held positions at Fay Servicing, MARINOSCI LAW GROUP, and Caliber Home Loans, where expertise in default mortgage servicing and managing teams in claims processing was demonstrated. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Marketing, and Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, along with an Associate of Arts in Journalism from Tyler Junior College.
