Archana Bhakare

Archana Bhakare is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at 10x Banking since January 2017, Archana oversees four teams comprising 25 engineers, focusing on card management, payment processing, and transactional fraud screening. Prior roles include an Engineering Manager leading critical ledger services and a Senior Software Engineer contributing to the customer ledger for a Series A funded fintech. Previous work experience spans several organizations, including roles at the Department for Work and Pensions, Mediaocean, and Unibet. Archana's educational background includes a Master’s in Bioinformatics from the University of Exeter and a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from NCST, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
