Matthew Perkins

Matthew Perkins has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Matthew is currently the Head of People Operations at 10x Banking, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Trainline from January 2017 to July 2021 as the Head of HR Operations & Systems. In this role, they were responsible for managing and streamlining global policies and processes that support the employee life cycle. From September 2011 to September 2015, Matthew worked at Unilever as a Global HR Expertise, Performance & Employee Insights specialist. Matthew played a key role in designing and implementing HR systems and managing employee engagement surveys. Before that, they worked as an HR Project Manager at AHDB and as a Learning & Development Project Coordinator at E.ON UK. Matthew began their career at Bank of America as an HR Assistant through an industrial placement from June 2005 to May 2006.

Matthew Perkins obtained their MA in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2007-2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in Human Resources, including People Analytics, Human Resources Foundations, Human Resources: Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits, Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in various years.
