Kevin Spill

Kevin Spill has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kevin began their career as a Gastheer at Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne, where they developed knowledge and skills in wines. After that, they worked as a Barista at Mr. Brown Specs & Beans before transitioning to the role of Information Analyst at AO Metaal. Kevin then served as a Communication Analyst at VDW CoolSystems, conducting communication flow analyses and implementing interventions for optimal communication within and outside the company. Kevin later worked at SportCity as a Business Information Analyst, performing internal and external analyses using McKinsey's 7s model and DESTEP methodology. Subsequently, they took on the role of Process Analyst at Ledenvereniging Thebe Extra, where they optimized membership processes using various methodologies including PCDA, A3, and Lean Six Sigma. Kevin gained further experience as an intern at Eneco. More recently, Kevin was a Junior Data Analyst at Seabourne Logistics NL, responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, verifying invoices, and providing recommendations to the Business Controller. Currently, they are working as a Data Analyst at 10XCREW, applying their analytical skills to support the company's data needs.

Kevin Spill's education history is as follows:

From 2007 to 2011, they attended De Rooi Pannen and obtained a VMBO GT diploma with a focus on Horeca en aanverwante serviceberoepen (Hospitality and related service professions).

From 2011 to 2013, they continued their education at De Rooi Pannen and earned a degree in Kok Niveau 2.

From 2013 to 2017, they attended De Rooi Pannen once again and completed a program in Horeca Ondernemend Manager Mbo4, specializing in Leidinggevende keuken / Horeca en catering management (Kitchen management / Hospitality and catering management).

In 2017, they enrolled in Fontys University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a field of study focused on Bedrijfskunde Managment, Economie en Recht (Business Administration, Economics, and Law).

Subsequently, from 2018 to 2019, they transferred to Avans University of Applied Sciences to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde (Business Administration).

Alongside their studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences, they also obtained a Yellow Belt certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company in May 2020.

In 2019, they also attended The Lean Six Sigma Company for a program in Business Analist, earning a Yellow Belt degree.

Kevin then returned to Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2022 and completed an Associate's degree in Bedrijfskunde.

Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications, including a Sociale Hygiëne certification from SVH (Stichting Vakbekwaamheid Horeca) in January 2017 and a Strengths Resume certification from Scoutible in July 2022.
