Darren Fiore has had a long and successful career in Human Resources. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Human Resources for 10ZiG Technology, where they collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. From 2010 to 2009, Darren worked as a Human Resources Analyst II at Freeport-McMoRan, where they ensured staffing policies and processes complied with government regulations related to hiring practices including OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action guidelines. Darren also drove the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees' level of performance and capabilities meet Freeport standards.

Finally, Darren began their career in Human Resources at Professional Employment Solutions, Inc. in 2009, where they worked as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, they performed administrative tasks during the talent selection process, including application review for compliance purposes, arranging interview panels, and providing customer service and responding to questions via email, telephone, and in-person from employees and others regarding employment procedures and opportunities, compensation, and other human resources services.
