Christiane von Knoblauch

Christiane von Knoblauch serves as the Head of Cross-functional HR at 1&1 Mail & Media Applications SE, where key responsibilities include personal and organizational development, culture management, HR analytics, employee experience, compensation and benefits, and HR systems since June 2016. Prior roles at 1&1 IONOS from September 2012 to May 2016 comprised HR Business Partner and HR Administration Partner. Christiane holds a Master of Arts in Systemische Beratung from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, a Bachelor of Science in BWL / Personalmanagement from Pforzheim University, and has furthered education in Neurosystemische Integration at Verena König Akademie, with current studies ongoing at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
