Thomas Metz has over two decades of experience in the technology and software development fields. Since November 2005, Thomas has been employed at 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, where roles have included Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Senior Test Manager, with responsibilities encompassing test management, test reporting, requirement definition, and testing. Prior to this, from January 2000 to October 2005, Thomas worked as a freelancer at metzwerk, specializing as a web developer for the 'Wilde Welt' workshop community.
