Rachel Schutte

Rachel Schutte is an experienced IT Security Manager with a focus on cybersecurity, currently employed at 1&1 Versatel since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Senior Consultant at telexiom AG from January 2019 to January 2022, specializing in IT and cyber security, identity and access management, and cloud security. Rachel has significant experience with the United Nations, working as an International Consultant and Technical/Legal Advisor from March 2010 to December 2018, engaging in evaluation and strategy development. Additionally, Rachel held various positions including Programme Associate at the United Nations University, and Assistant Secretary General for External Affairs at the National Model United Nations. Rachel's academic background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Tübingen, supported by degrees in Political Science and Government and German Studies from Arizona State University.
