Simon Kanitzer has a diverse work experience in various companies. Simon is currently working as the Head of Customer Operations at 1&1 Versatel since November 2018. Prior to this, they held managerial positions at Colt Technology Services, where they were a Manager for Premium Network Services from August 2016 to October 2018, and a Team Leader for Dedicated Network Assurance from June 2012 to July 2016. Before joining Colt, Simon worked as a Teamleiter - Network Operation Center at Deutsche Breitband Dienste GmbH from June 2005 to June 2012. Simon also has experience as a Technical Representative at IBM United Kingdom Limited from February 2005 to June 2005, and as a Quality Delegate & Technical Representative at Microsoft Cooperation in Newcastle upon Tyne, England from August 2004 to February 2005. Simon began their career at Deutsche Telekom AG as an IT Systems Electronics Specialist, ITSE from February 2001 to February 2004.
From 1999 to 2002, Simon Kanitzer completed an apprenticeship in Information and Telecommunication Systems at Deutsche Telekom AG.
