Kaushik Ray

Kaushik Ray is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience leadership, global consulting, and IT optimization. Currently serving as Chief Experience Officer at 11:11 Systems since July 2013, Kaushik leads the Customer Experience Team, emphasizing service quality and customer satisfaction while driving a customer-centric philosophy. Previously, Kaushik held notable positions including Senior Vice President & General Manager of Recovery Services, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and the scaling of global teams. Prior roles include Managing Director at Lumen Technologies, where Kaushik established a successful consulting organization, and Global Director at TCS, where strategic capabilities in Utility Computing were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
