Steve Hole

Steve Hole is the CEO and founder of 1118. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on digital media and enterprise software.

Steve started their career as a change management consultant at Accenture, where they helped clients implement new technology systems. Steve then co-founded Shadow Group, Inc., a cyber security firm that was acquired by Corbett Technologies/BAE Systems.

In 2006, Steve joined the National Basketball Association as the Manager of New Technology & League Applications. Steve helped the NBA develop new digital products and applications for the league. In 2008, Steve left the NBA to join Pfizer as a Chief of Staff consultant.

In 2011, Steve joined Hearst Digital Media as an Enterprise Program Manager. Steve oversaw the implementation of new digital media products across Hearst's portfolio of websites. In 2012, Steve left Hearst to start 1118.
