Osmaan Shah is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with significant experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the Founder and CEO of Formulate since January 2019, Osmaan has developed an AI-enabled robotic microfactory and SaaS platform aimed at improving manufacturing processes in the pharmaceutical and personal care sectors. Previously, Osmaan co-founded Agility Collective and Smile Brilliant, both focused on fostering innovation and enhancing oral care, respectively. With a robust background in software development as the Co-Founder and CTO at Agility, Osmaan has been instrumental in creating award-winning mobile applications, such as the Fault Current Calculator for EATON. Earlier roles include a pivotal position at Carden Aerospace, where Osmaan led quality and technology improvements, and initial ventures in online platforms like noog and VistaClick, demonstrating a consistent drive for leveraging technology to enhance user experiences and operational efficiencies. Osmaan holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
