Shahzad Ahmad

Shahzad Ahmad is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as CTO at 118 118 Money since June 2019. Previously, Shahzad held the position of Head of Engineering at RateSetter from July 2016 to May 2019, where significant achievements included defining the technical architectural landscape and leading the transition to a microservices architecture, as well as designing a bespoke credit risk decision engine. Shahzad's career also includes an extensive tenure at SYZYGY from August 2007 to July 2016, progressing through roles including Tech Lead, working on diverse projects for clients such as Allianz and Mazda. Shahzad holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Essex.
