Sayda Mohsen

Sayda Mohsen is a UX Research Analyst at 11:FS, where responsibilities include managing an Associate UX Research Analyst and leading research initiatives. Previously, Sayda contributed as an Associate UX Research Analyst focused on sourcing fintech user journeys. Experience in mental health therapy was gained at O7 Therapy, providing support to young people globally. Additionally, Sayda held internships at UX24/7 and FG Connect, engaging in UX and CX research projects. Earlier in the career, Sayda served as a Senior Assistant Educational Psychologist at EdPsychs Ltd, mentoring junior staff and managing complex cases, following an initial role as an Assistant Educational Psychologist. Sayda holds an MSc in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from UCL and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Sussex.
