Kim Olander

Kim Olander has a strong background in property management, compliance, and learning and development. Kim most recently worked as the Director of Compliance at 11Residential. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Weidner Apartment Homes, where they successfully led a team of trainers and conducted compliance reviews. Kim also has experience as a Regional Systems Coordinator at ConAm Management, a General Manager of Operations at Apartment Advantage Staffing Services, and a Regional Office Manager at Equity Residential. Kim began their career as an Assistant Accounting Supervisor and Office Manager at NOBEUS Property Management and gained valuable experience as an On-site Property Manager at Lakeview by the Bay Apartments and as an On-site Assistant Property Manager at Boston Square Apartments for Newport Pacific Capital.
