Tom Daniels

Tom Daniels has a wide range of experience in various companies and roles. Tom recently joined 11Residential as a Partner/Executive Vice President of Operations in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Seaview Investment Group, LLC as a Principal since August 2017. From April 2013 to August 2017, they served as a Senior Managing Director at Greystar. Tom also held the position of Senior Vice President at Riverstone Residential Group from May 2002 to May 2012. Before that, they worked as a Vice President at Trammell Crow Residential from April 1994 to January 2002. Tom began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Staff Sergeant from December 1985 to March 1991.

Tom Daniels attended Washington State University - College of Business and Economics from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Economics. In 1991, they also briefly attended St. Martins College, studying Business Administration and Management, although they did not earn a degree from this institution.
