Caleb Szubski

Caleb Szubski has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Caleb started their career at Cleveland Clinic, where they worked as an Analyst from 2010 to 2011 and later as an Associate from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Deloitte as a Summer Associate in the Strategy & Operations department. Caleb then held the positions of Senior Consultant from 2016 to 2018 and Manager from 2018 to 2019. Caleb joined 11|TEN Innovation Partners in 2019 as the Director of Strategy & Innovation. Caleb was promoted to Vice President and Head of Delivery & Innovation Services in 2020.

Caleb Szubski holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy & Healthcare from Emory University - Goizueta Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science Technology & Society (STSC) from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their formal education, Caleb also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ.
