Eleanor Knight is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Marketing Lead - Future Growth at McCain Foods since September 2021, Eleanor previously held roles including Senior Brand Manager at PZ Cussons and Marketing Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company. Eleanor's career also includes significant positions at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd, Riviana Foods, Millie & More, and EAG, where diverse responsibilities encompassed account management and brand development. Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Marketing from RMIT University, completed in 2010, and attended Caulfield Grammar School from 2003 to 2005.
