Adam Rausch

Adam Rausch currently serves as the Head of Client Success at 120Water since June 2024, where the focus is on building relationships and leveraging career experiences to give back to the community. Previously, Rausch held the position of SVP Product & Services at Movista and was a Franchise Owner at Wild Birds Unlimited, Inc. from September 2014 to June 2024. Rausch has also served as VP of Global Services at HackerRank and SVP of Product & Services at T2 Systems, where responsibilities included strategic leadership and operational excellence. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Dabbl, product strategy leadership at Quotient Technology, and client services management at NCR Corporation. Adam Rausch holds a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis.
