Wendy Baron is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in social and emotional learning (SEL) and teacher development. Currently serving as an SEL Specialist at the Santa Cruz County Office of Education, Wendy collaborates with educational leaders to enhance social and emotional competencies and promote healthy school environments. Wendy also contributes as Program Faculty, Teacher, and Consultant at 1440 Multiversity, designing programs focused on wellness, relaxation, and personal growth. As a co-founder and Chief Officer of the New Teacher Center, Wendy played a pivotal role in coaching educators to foster academic and emotional success for students. Additional experience includes teaching resilience techniques through Whil Concepts and creating online learning content at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Wendy's educational background includes multiple master's degrees in various fields, reflecting a strong commitment to educational leadership and personal well-being.
