Phil Jones is an experienced Soft Services Manager at 14forty since July 2017, overseeing contract support for catering, cleaning, security, waste management, and vending at four GE sites in the Stafford area. Additionally, Phil has served as a Contract Support Manager with Compass Group since April 2015, assisting in the mobilization of contracts across the USAF estate in the UK, including various Department of Defense facilities. Prior roles include Unit Manager at ESS Defence, responsible for catering operations at MOD training areas, and positions at Sodexo and Serco as Service Manager and Catering Manager, respectively. Phil's career in the culinary field began with the Royal Air Force, where valuable experience was gained from October 1982 to May 2013 as a Chef and Catering Manager. Phil completed high school education at St Johns School in Episkopi, Cyprus, from 1979 to 1982.
