Isabella Tabares

Isabella Tabares has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Isabella is currently working at 14TH ROUND, INC. as a Human Resources Manager, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Generalist at the same company, from November 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining 14TH ROUND, INC., Isabella worked at Innova Medical Group as a Human Resources Manager from November 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the onboarding procedure for new employees, overseeing talent acquisition, and collaborating with the leadership team to recruit and build talent pipelines.

Isabella's previous experience includes working at Macy's from January 2018 to November 2020 as a Training Manager/Human Resources Administrator. During their time there, they supervised 10 trainers, conducted orientation sessions, and hired and trained a large number of employees.

Prior to Macy's, Isabella was a Human Resources Manager at Manpower, New York, NY from July 2014 to January 2018. Additionally, they gained invaluable experience as an intern at the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector General from January 2016 to June 2016. In this role, they analyzed and understood case documents, conducted legal research related to deportation cases, and assisted the chief counsel in courtroom proceedings.

Isabella Tabares has a diverse education history. Isabella first pursued undergraduate studies at Kean University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned dual bachelor's degrees in Management/Global Business and Asian Studies. In 2013, they participated in a study abroad program at Wenzhou University, further exploring their interest in Asian Studies.

After completing their undergraduate degrees, Isabella went on to pursue two master's degrees in International Business. From 2016 to 2017, they attended EAE Business School, and simultaneously, they pursued another master's degree at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, both focusing on International Business.

It is evident that Isabella has a strong interest in international business and Asian studies, which they have consistently pursued throughout their academic career.
