Topaz McAuliffe has extensive experience in Indigenous affairs and business development, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at 15 Times Better since November 2020, focusing on enhancing Indigenous engagement across Australia. McAuliffe holds a leadership role as Deputy Chair and Board Member for the Northern Queensland Primary Health Network from December 2021 to February 2024. Previous roles include Indigenous Business Development Manager at Coles and Indigenous Affairs Manager during a secondment at Bunnings. Additionally, McAuliffe has held key positions at Coles, Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships, St.George Bank, UBS, and Suncorp Group, accumulating a diverse background in banking and Indigenous employment initiatives.

First Nations Impact. Accelerated 15 Times Better is a First Nations-owned and led business that works differently with organisations to accelerate their First Nations impact. The current approach to ‘Indigenous affairs’ in Australia is not delivering First Nations impact, despite good intentions and the billions of dollars being invested. If it was, First Nations gaps would have already closed, and First Nations peoples would be experiencing equality across all aspects of their lives.
