Brendan Connelly

Brendan Connelly is an experienced sports journalist and media professional with a diverse background in reporting, broadcasting, and marketing. Beginning a career at the Boston Herald in August 2014, Brendan has focused on high school sports reporting while also serving as a Sports Director at 95.9 WATD FM since that same year. Brendan expanded expertise in marketing as an Account Executive at 1510 WMEX Boston since November 2021 and hosted a nationally-syndicated sports program for SportsMap Radio from January 2022 to November 2023. Previous roles included writing features for Seamans Media, marketing for Prime Time Sports Talk, and freelance reporting for GateHouse Media. Brendan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
