Shane Wilson

Shane Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at 15Five since July 2023, Shane previously held the role of Head of Business Intelligence at Capital on Tap from June 2012 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing data, analytics, and marketing while leading a cross-functional team. Prior to Capital on Tap, Shane held various operational roles at PaymentSense, including Head of Operations and Operations Manager. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Business Economics from Latrobe University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
