Rachel Lively

Rachel Lively, Ph.D., currently serves as the Family Treatment Court Coordinator for the 15th Judicial Circuit, a position held since October 2023. Concurrently, Rachel Lively is an Adjunct Professor at both the University of North Texas and Texas Woman's University since January 2023 and January 2022, respectively. Prior to these roles, Rachel Lively accumulated extensive experience at the Texas Juvenile Justice Department from November 2007 to May 2022, holding positions such as Assistant Principal, Educational Diagnostician, District Program Coordinator, and Teacher. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Special Education obtained from Texas Woman's University between 2016 and 2019, a Master of Education in Special Education Diagnostician earned from the same institution in 2014-2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in English completed in 2003-2005.
