Gerardo Mendez

Gerardo Mendez is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in creative direction and graphic design. Currently serving as Associate Design Director and Senior Designer at 160over90 since August 2021, Gerardo collaborates with a creative team to produce impactful marketing materials across various media while ensuring brand consistency. As Co-Founder and Creative Director of A.R.T.S.Y Magazine since 2011, Gerardo manages operations and guides the in-house team to maintain unique brand expression. Previously, at We Are BMF from 2013 to August 2021, Gerardo held roles as Senior Graphic Designer and Graphic Designer, focusing on event branding through design and multimedia tasks. Gerardo's early experience includes volunteer work with the New York State Youth Leadership Council and a role as Graphic Designer for Vogue. Gerardo holds a Bachelor of Technology in Communication Design/Graphic Design from City Tech, CUNY, earned between 2009 and 2014.
