Max Paolucci has had a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the field of motion design and creative direction. Max started their career in 2006 as a freelance web designer for AYC Media, where they designed websites and created web banners. In 2007, they worked as a freelance on-air graphic artist/animator for QVC and as a motion designer/project manager for Lippincott Williams and Wilkins.
In 2007, Max also worked as a freelance motion graphics designer for Fabian Baber, where they animated a web series for Discovery Channel online, which was later nominated for an Emmy Award. Max then worked as a freelance motion designer for Barclays, creating motion graphics.
In 2009, Max joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a motion designer, before moving on to H4B Catapult, where they served as a lead motion designer. Their responsibilities included conceptualizing and executing motion graphics pieces for clients, storyboarding, animatic creation, and collaborating with a team of designers.
Max later joined Believable Grin in 2014, working as a writer and producer until 2018. Max then joined 160over90 as a video editor, before being promoted to roles of associate creative director and creative director. Max Paolucci completed a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design from Philadelphia University from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Williamstown High School from 1999 to 2003, focusing on Digital Arts.
