Maria Demenko

Maria Demenko has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Maria began their career in 2010 as a Database Administrator at Ciklum. From 2013 to 2015, Maria worked as a CS Team lead at Global Virtual Opportunities. In 2015, they transitioned into freelance work as a Project Manager. In 2016, they worked as a Project Manager at both Wellness Layers and Agilites (Wellness Layers Team), and later moved to a Private Practice where they continued their role as a Project Manager. In 2017, Maria joined SoftServe as a Project Manager and eventually became a Portfolio Manager from 2019 to 2020. Their most recent experience is at 1648 Factory, where they served as the Director of Program Management from 2020 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Director of Engineering Studio, starting in September 2021.

Maria Demenko earned their Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' in the years 2005 to 2010.
