David Inniss MPH, MBA

David Inniss has over 30 years of consulting experience in various roles, including CEO, CFO, COO, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, and CIO. David has implemented Salesforce/CRM systems for companies in different industries, including hospital/telemed/tele triage/palliative care.

In their role at Envision Healthcare, they led the implementation of a Provider Digital Engagement Platform and Acute Care TeleTriage (ePPE) system. David also worked with ER physicians and vendors to develop and deploy tele-triage features in hospitals.

At TechSan Diego, David served as a CRM Architect and Salesforce Consultant, implementing Salesforce.com for Connect and providing CRM consulting for client companies.

As the Principal Salesforce.com Architect and Consultant at Evangelical Covenant Church, David is responsible for migration from legacy systems, data migration, process improvement, and creating foundational structures.

David also has experience as a Project Manager and CRM Consultant at Robbins Research International, where they designed and implemented a global CRM system.

David has served as the Director of Technical Services at Safeguard Healthcare LLC and the Principal Consultant at Inniss Consulting.

Additionally, they worked as the Director of Clinical Informatics and Healthcloud Architect at Assure Health, focusing on RPM/RTM Medical Practice and integration with Dr. Chrono EMR.

David was a Salesforce.com/Business Consultant to the SDSU College of Business Administration, implementing Salesforce.com for various aspects of the organization's mission.

Lastly, they worked as a CRM/HR Process/IT Consultant at Intuit, collaborating with the internal Intuit Studio Team and IT group to revamp processes and implement systems within Force.com.

David Inniss received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and History from Penn State University from 1985 to 1989. David then pursued further education at San Diego State University, where they obtained a Master of Public Health and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Healthcare and Finance from 1998 to 2000.

In addition to their academic qualifications, David Inniss has obtained several certifications. David is a Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant, a Salesforce Certified Administrator, and a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, all obtained in 2019 from Salesforce. David also holds the RCDD certification from BICSI, obtained in 1999. Furthermore, they have certifications in Novell CNE/MCNE and CCNA/CCDA from Novell and Cisco, respectively. David has also acquired expertise as a Fore Systems ATM Engineer and as a Microsoft MCSE.
