Heather Haley

Heather Haley has extensive experience in Salesforce consulting and administration. Heather started their career at Kyazma Business Consulting in 2013, where they worked as a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, they helped clients select, implement, customize, and adopt best-in-class technology. Heather then moved to Eide Bailly LLP in 2013, after their previous company was acquired. At Eide Bailly, they served as a Support Manager, Salesforce Consultant, and Administrator. Heather'sresponsibilities included providing tools and services to clients for selecting, implementing, customizing, and adopting technology solutions. In 2016, Heather joined 17 Grapes Business Consulting as a Salesforce Consultant, where they continue to assist clients in implementing and enhancing Salesforce to meet their business needs.

Heather Haley completed their education at Alta High School in 2012, earning a High School Diploma. Following their high school graduation, they obtained several certifications in the field of Salesforce. In September 2013, they became a Salesforce Administrator. In January 2016, they acquired the certification for Salesforce Platform App Builder. In April 2017, they became a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant. Heather'smost recent certification was in November 2019 when they earned the Conga Contracts for Salesforce Certified Administrator from Conga.
