Katja Bottoms

Katja Bottoms currently serves as a Sales Operations Business Development Associate at Murad, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Katja gained extensive experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from April 2018 to August 2023 as a Sales Operations Assistant Manager, managing sales operations for the SMASHBOX and GLAMGLOW brands, leading sampling processes, and handling new item setup and data maintenance. Katja’s earlier experience includes working as a Sales Assistant at Clinique from November 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities involved supporting the VP of West Coast sales and coordinating various operational tasks. Katja also held multiple roles at Estee Lauder between May 2007 and September 2014, including Administrative Assistant and Assistant Manager in global fragrance and makeup marketing. Katja holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Baruch College.
