Eva Rausch has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eva started their career as an Account Manager at .start advertising GmbH in 1994. Eva then moved to Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam in 1997, where they worked as an Account Manager, Account Director, and eventually as a Group Account Director for clients such as HypoVereinsbank/UniCredit Group, TNT, Microsoft, ONVZ, Sharp Aquos, and Starbucks. In 2008, Eva worked at a start-up agency called 2008, where they served as the Client Service Director and handled clients such as WE fashion brand, Wieckse Witte, and Eredivisie TV. Eva then joined Wieden + Kennedy in 2008 as a Group Account Director and later transitioned to the role of Account Director until 2013. After that, Eva worked as a Freelance Consultant on client service-related projects in Amsterdam. In 2014, they joined Ogilvy & Mather as a Global Managing Partner, responsible for managing the communication for Unilever's Sustainable Living Plan. Eva later took a family sabbatical from 2016 to 2019 as a mother of two. Eva then returned to the advertising industry, joining 180 Global in 2019 as a Business Director and gradually moving up to Joint Head of Account Management, Joint Managing Director, and eventually, the current role of Managing Director 180 Amsterdam starting in March 2023.

Eva Rausch obtained their Abitur/baccalaureate from HUMA, Humanistic Gymnasium, during the period of 1984 to 1988. Following that, they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 1988 and 1993.
