Jeremy Chu

UX Researcher & Architect at 1904labs

Jeremy Chu started their work experience in 2008 as an Advisory Solutions Specialist at Edward Jones. Jeremy then moved on to work as a Senior Staff Accountant and Payroll Manager at the United Way of the National Capital Area from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Client Accountant at Cushman & Wakefield. Jeremy then joined New Balance in 2015 as an Accountant for eCommerce, before taking on the role of Lead Digital Commerce Associate for Lifestyle/NB1 Custom from 2016 to 2017. At New Balance, they also worked as a User Experience Researcher and Strategist from 2017 to 2021, where they established research practices, trained UX designers, and improved data-driven feature enhancements. Currently, Jeremy Chu works at 1904labs as a Conversation Designer and UX Researcher, where they focus on utilizing human-centered design approaches and agile delivery to build intelligent virtual agent experiences that drive business opportunities and KPIs.

Jeremy Chu graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance from Saint Louis University in 2008. Jeremy has also obtained additional certifications, including an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in February 2021 and a UX Certificate with a specialty in UX Research from Nielsen Norman Group in September 2019.
