Nancy Stemme

Nancy Stemme has a diverse background in human resources and consulting. Nancy is currently working at 1904labs as a People Operations Strategy & Special Projects team member, where they focus on creating a positive and collaborative work environment. Prior to this, Nancy worked at CESO, INC. as an HR Business Partner, providing engineering and architectural services to clients. Nancy also worked as an Independent Consultant at NJS Consulting from 2016 to 2017. In previous roles, Nancy served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at VECTRA and Elsevier. Nancy was also the Director of HR/HR Services & Total Rewards at Panera Bread and held various HR leadership positions at Solutia and Premcor Refining. In each role, Nancy utilized their expertise in talent management, organizational development, and compensation and benefits to drive positive change.

Nancy Stemme's education history includes obtaining an Executive MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, which they pursued from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a BES degree in Educational & Counseling Psychology. Additionally, Nancy participated in the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan in 2002.
