Daniele Codega

Daniele Codega is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience across various roles in leading companies. Currently a Partner and Design Director at Work & Co since November 2016, Daniele also serves as a Venture Partner at 1984 Ventures and has advisory roles at Happy Broadcast, Inc. and Charter. Previously, Daniele co-founded Olmo, creating a platform for career and professional advice. Relevant experience includes serving as Creative Director at Elephant, Product Design Director at Huge, Head of Design and User Experience at Thomson Reuters, Head of Design at Snip.it, and Creative Director at The Huffington Post. Daniele holds a Bachelor of Communication Design from Politecnico di Milano and further education from RMIT University.
