Jonathan Kitchens has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Jonathan began their career at John's Auto Spa as Manager/Marketing Manager, where they crafted the company's marketing and advertising color scheme and sign designs and was responsible for social media marketing and arranging printing/purchasing materials. In 2011, they became the Graphic Design, Media, and Technology Specialist at Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center South Bend, where they were in charge of social media and creating and ensuring the consistency of mission and branding through the digital world. In 2014, they were the Lead Graphic Designer for Urban Adventure Games, and in 2015 they were hired as Senior Marketing Specialist, Digital Strategist at Bradley Company, where they were tasked with development and ongoing management of digital marketing initiatives. In 2018, they joined 1BusinessWorld as Co-Founder, directing and leading strategy creation, adoption, and execution for the company's long-term digital marketing programs. Jonathan also became a Board Member at El Campito the same year. Finally, since 2005 they have been the Founder & Paid Ads Nerd at Le Chat Digital, specializing in developing effective paid advertising campaigns for social media and digital marketing platforms. Jonathan has also been an instructor of social media at the University of Notre Dame since 2015.

Jonathan Kitchens obtained a BA in Graphic Design and Art History from Indiana University South Bend between 2006 and 2010. In 2013, they received a Non-Profit Social Media Marketing certification from The University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. In 2014, they obtained a Leadership Management certification from Bethel College. In 2017, they became a Facebook Certified Planning Professional from Facebook Blueprint.
