Ernesta Grigonytė

Ernesta Grigonytė has a diverse work experience beginning in 2012 when they worked as a Dispatcher for UAB Kautra. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Danske Bank Lithuania as a Specialist/Lean Supporter and Junior Specialist/Lean Supporter. In 2017, they moved to Telia Lietuva as a Process Manager, where they were responsible for gathering, documenting, analyzing different processes, reviewing and analyzing processes, identifying waste and areas for improvement, presenting possible solutions for the process, and implementing changes. Since 2018, they have been working at 1ClickFactory as a Team Lead Sales Operations and Account Manager, where their responsibilities include continuously partnering with Engineering & Product teams to translate customer feedback and business needs into product requirements, escalation management, participating and leading different projects, quality controlling and KPIs monitoring, driving process improvements, coordinating the involvement and information sharing between the Development, Product, Delivery, Project Management, Estimates teams, and taking care of the onboarding process.

Ernesta Grigonytė has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Mykolas Romeris University and a Master's Degree in Innovation Management from the same university. Ernesta also holds several certifications from LinkedIn, including Business Analysis Foundations (2020), Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP) (2020), Stay Lean with Kanban (2019), and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management (2019). Additionally, they have an EFSET English Certificate from EF Education First.
