Justina Bankauskaite

Justina Bankauskaite has been working in the IT industry since 2014. Justina started as a Sales Manager (Nordic) at Aedilis, UAB, where they were responsible for sales of R&D team developed cloud-based platform CloudIndustries.eu for process monitoring focusing on the international markets. Justina also searched for new customers and went on business trips to meet them, as well as prepared and delivered presentations and demos on products and services. In 2017, they took on a Manager role (local market) at Aedilis, UAB. That same year, they also had a Poligon, Institute for development of creative industries, ERASMUS+ traineeship in Slovenia. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at SEB as a Senior Bank Operations Specialist and Bank Operations Specialist at “SEB Global Services” (Swedish market). Currently, they are an IT Project Specialist (PMO) at Companial (formerly known as 1ClickFactory).

Justina Bankauskaite has a diverse educational background. In 2020, they obtained a Data Analysis certification from Vilnius CODING School, and a "Atrask Technologijas" certificate of accomplishment from Women Go Tech. In 2019, they completed Mountain Travel Technique and Mountaineering Courses at Montis Magia School. In 2018, they earned a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Organizations from Mykolas Romeris University. In 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. In 2014, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University and an Intensive courses of Innovation and Technology Management certification from ISM University of Management and Economics. In 2013, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European studies from Metropolitan University Prague. In 2022, they are expected to obtain a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from Project Management Institute.
