Tony R. Smith

Tony R. Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CEO at 1CONCIER since July 2023, Tony was previously the CEO of MITY Inc. from April 2019 to July 2023. Prior consulting work includes contributions as an independent consultant for GLG, AlphaSights, and Third Bridge from January 2017 to March 2019. Tony has also held the role of President at both Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC and Simmons Bedding Company, as well as CEO and President at International Bedding Corporation. Earlier career experiences include senior leadership positions at Sealy, where responsibilities encompassed COO and Regional Vice President roles. An alumnus of West Virginia University, Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration, with specialties in Psychology, Business Management, Marketing, and Economics.
