Vlad Loktev

Vlad Loktev is a seasoned business leader and investor, currently serving as a Partner at Index Ventures since January 2024. Previously, Vlad operated as an Investor and Advisor while self-employed from September 2022 to January 2024, focusing on passion projects and travel. Notably, Vlad spent a decade at Airbnb, holding several leadership roles including VP and General Manager for both the Core Host and Airbnb Plus divisions, where responsibilities included managing large cross-functional teams and overseeing significant revenue streams. Earlier experience includes impactful roles at Zynga as a Senior Product Manager, co-founding Crooster as CEO, and trading derivatives at Morgan Stanley. Vlad holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
