Matteo Galvagni has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as the MBA, COO at 1Control, a startup focused on developing remote control solutions for building automation architectures. In this role, they were responsible for drawing the value proposition, preparing the Business Plan, creating the commercial strategy, launching industrial partnerships, and managing the company for two years.

Matteo also worked as the Project Manager at Utat On Line, where they developed a new booking system for online dynamic packaging and integrated B2C and B2B platforms.

Before their roles in the hospitality and e-commerce industries, Matteo served as the Assistant General Director for Italy start-up at Pierre & Vacances and as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Bagaglino Hotels. Matteo began their career as the Marketing Congressuale at Science Park Raf S.p.A - Fondazione S.Raffaele.

Matteo Galvagni obtained their Executive Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi School of Management in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a specialization in Tourism in 1999. Their undergraduate education was at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1992 to 1997, where they studied Economics of Organization and Innovation. Matteo also holds a TOEFL iBT certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS).
