Kelly Hoyland

Kelly Hoyland is an experienced educational technology leader currently serving as the Director of Higher Education Programs at 1EdTech, formerly IMS Global, since June 2019. Previously held positions include Higher Education Institutional Program Manager at 1EdTech, Director of Learning & Client Technology Services at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and Technology Director for the School District of the Menomonie Area. Kelly has a comprehensive background in technology management, instructional technology, and user support, along with experience coordinating virtual schooling and technology integration in classrooms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Business Education, a Master's degree in Education Technology, and an Administration Certification in Instructional Technology Coordination, all attained at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and Marian University.
