Monica Watts began their work experience in 2002 as an Academic Librarian for Professional Development and Diversity Initiatives at North Carolina State University. In 2006, they transitioned to Thomson Gale as an Account Executive. From 2007 to 2020, Monica held various roles at SAFARI Montage, including Inside Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales. Since 2020, Monica has been working at 1EdTech (formerly IMS Global), first as the Director of K-12 Engagement and currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning Innovation.
Monica Watts holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Florida State University. No specific field of study is specified for their Bachelor's degree.
