Cielo Villamor

Cielo Villamor serves as the Chief Executive Officer at 1Heart Caregiver Services since July 2019, bringing extensive leadership experience to the role. Prior to this position, Cielo held multiple roles at Convergys from February 2007 to March 2019, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Supervisor, and Talent Acquisition Frontliner, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment and talent management. Cielo is an alumnus of the University of the Philippines, where a degree in BA Development Studies with a focus on Political Science was obtained between 2001 and 2005.
