Sydney Gustafson has a diverse range of work experience in event coordination, project management, and stage management.

Sydney began their career in 2018 as a Stage Manager at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where they worked on the Oktoberzest event. Later that year, they also served as a Stage Manager for TEDxCambridge.

In 2019, Sydney worked as an Assistant Stage Manager for the Euro Tour of Dido and Aeneas at The Juilliard School. Sydney also took on the role of Stage Management Apprentice during this time. Additionally, they worked as an Event Staff member at Forrest Solutions and an Assistant Director/Production Assistant at Bay Street Theatre.

At The Juilliard School in 2019, Sydney worked as a Stage Manager for a variety of events, including Chamber Music, Orchestral Recitals, and Second Year Drama Projects. Sydney was also involved as an Assistant Director for a production of Little Women at Primary Stages.

In 2020, Sydney served as an Assistant Stage Manager at Ars Nova Theater.

From 2021 to 2022, Sydney worked at Pugpig as a Project Manager.

Sydney Gustafson attended the University of Oklahoma from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Sydney specialized in Drama with an emphasis in Stage Management during their time there. In 2018, Sydney then enrolled in the Apprenticeship Program at The Juilliard School and completed their studies in Stage Management in 2019.
