Abhishek Halder

Abhishek Halder is the Founder of 1K, focusing on scaling the company's teams to build India's first chain of tech-enabled modern stores for smaller cities. Prior to this, Abhishek worked as an R&D and Innovation Lead at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited, with experience in organization design, process design, and digital transformation. Abhishek also has experience in planning and optimization, executive assistance, and corporate banking strategy. Abhishek's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Master of Science in International Management from Università Bocconi, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
