Barbara Wittenberg

Barbara Wittenberg has a wealth of experience in the tech and energy industries. Barbara began their career in 2007 as a Student Researcher for RWTH Technology and Innovation Management TIM. In 2009, they moved on to RWTH Aachen University as a Student Researcher in the Institute of Power Systems and Power Economics. In 2010, they became a Project Engineer and Student Researcher at the Universidad de Chile. In 2011, they joined E.ON as a Head of Small Scale Flexibility and P2P Solutions, Principal and Manager Program Flexibility and Renewables Marketing, Product Manager Smart Home and PV Visualization Solutions, and Project Manager and Engineer. In 2017, they joined Oracle as a Sales Director Autonomous Cloud - Germany, Sales Director Technology - Key and Large Accounts, and Manager Sales Oracle Digital. In 2020, they moved to Google as a Director Digital Natives & Start-ups Germany and Sales Leader Google Cloud - Telco, Media, Entertainment, Energy, Software & Services. Her current role is CTO of 1KOMMA5°.

Barbara Wittenberg attended RWTH Aachen University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Elektrische Energietechnik.
