Marie-Isabelle Heiss

Marie-Isabelle Heiss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, legal practice, and political advisory roles. Currently serving as the Director of Global Operations, Chief of Staff, and Executive Assistant to the CEO at 1KOMMA5° since July 2022, Marie-Isabelle also plays a key role as a Political Positioning Advisor and community organizer at Volt Europa, focusing on organizational development and capacity building since April 2017. Previous legal experience includes practicing as an attorney at Heiss & Partner and various positions as a legal trainee at the Federal Foreign Office and GvW Graf von Westphalen. Marie-Isabelle holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Cape Town and a Staatsexamen in Legal Studies from Freie Universität Berlin.
