Sophia Rödiger

Sophia Rödiger is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing, transformation, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer DACH at 1KOMMA5° since August 2023, Rödiger previously founded MountainMinds GmbH and bloXmove, where Rödiger held leadership positions, including Founder & CEO. Rödiger's background in Daimler Mobility AG encompasses multiple leadership roles focusing on digital strategy and innovation from November 2013 to April 2021. Earlier roles include project management positions at Egon Zehnder, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services New Zealand, Daimler AG, and research at eye square. Rödiger holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource & Organization Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Psychology from BSP Business & Law School.
